When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 days after you placed the order. This is an estimated time for preparing and packing the order (No guarantee). Due to Covid-19 you may expect delays in your order. But we'll do our best to get your order on time!
How Can I Track My Order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?
Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time.
What’s Your Return & Exchange Policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email wynstarsofficial@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
